A $200 deposit is required in order to book and confirm your appointment. Deposits are non refundable, however are transferable with at least 72hrs notice. Your deposit will go towards the total cost of the treatment you are booked for.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
Please do not book appointments without first contacting Jess if you answer yes to any of the following:
- You are pregnant or breastfeeding.
- You have a serious health condition or take medication which is likely to affect your ability to be tattooed. (examples; Cancer drugs/treatment, blood thinning medications, roacctune).
- You have previous tattooing from another artist.
- You are allergic to numbing creams, makeup, or hair dyes.
- You have excessive sun damage through your eyebrow area (often noted by larger brow splotches, red areas, or recurring dry patches)
ARRIVAL
Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your allocated appointment time, and allow ample time for parking. Being more than 10 minutes late will result in having to reschedule your appointment and another $200 deposit fee will be charged for rescheduling inside the 72hr period.
Unfortunately, the studio is not suitable for children to attend, and it is requested that you attend your appointment by yourself. This ensures complete focus during the consultation and design process for you, and for Jess to focus fully during the tattoo procedure.
NO SHOWS
If you are a no show to your appointment and no notice is given, you will be charged 100% of the appointment.
RESULTS
Healed results will differ from client to client and there is NO GUARANTEE given as to the result you will achieve. Every treatment is done with the utmost care and precision, to create the best circumstances for best results. There are, however, factors outside of my control which can affect the healed result which include, but are not limited to, bleeding, systemic factors and not following the aftercare instructions strictly. No refunds will be issued for varied results. Eyebrows and lips are a minimum two-step process and further sessions may be required to achieve the best result. Additional charges will apply for further sessions.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have previously tattooed brows and are interested in a cover up or rework, please send a clear, no makeup photo to 0428030022 or jess@archcosmetictattooing.com.au before booking an appointment. In some circumstances where the previous tattooing is too dense, dark, big or discoloured you may be advised to let them fade naturally first, or undergo tattoo removal treatments. Coverup treatments will more than likely require additional treatments to achieve the best results.
